Our Terms of Trade
Applicability
These terms of trade shall apply to all contracts for the supply of goods and services made with Pharmaceutical Wholesalers NZ Ltd and the person purchasing the goods or services.
Price List
All prices are listed are for single units for the specified pack size - volume discounts apply please request a quote. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are the total price for the item(s) exclusive of any shipping and insurance costs. Prices may be changed without notice, however prices are firm on any order confirmed by Pharmaceutical Wholesalers NZ Ltd and paid in full.
Shipping & Insurance
All CIF orders will be shipped using our preferred shipping agents. Export orders are FOB (unless prior arrangement has been approved) and it is the responsibility of the consignee to ensure goods are fully insured with their nominated Freight Agent. If you wish to use your own courier company or Freight Agent then please let us know so suitable arrangements can be made. Orders from within New Zealand, we use NZ Courier Post Ltd.
Availability
Every effort will be made to keep products current, however all items are offered subject to availability.
Product quality
All products sourced by Pharmaceutical Wholesalers NZ Ltd are from reputable pharmaceutical manufacturers or their agents and meet New Zealand regulatory GMP requirements. Stock cannot be returned without prior agreement with Pharmaceutical Wholesalers NZ Ltd.
Title in the Goods
Title passes in full to the purchaser upon shipment.
Shipment of Goods
The cost of shipment and or insurance is the sole responsibility of the purchaser (unless prior arrangement has been approved). You will be informed as to the cost prior to shipment. No goods shall be shipped until payment in full, including shipping costs have been received by Pharmaceutical Wholesalers NZ Ltd. Insurance costs are the responsibility of the consignee once the goods have been receipted by their nominated Freight Agent.
Payment Method
TT of funds to cover payment in full is required prior to shipment.
Risk
The risk in the goods passes to the purchaser upon shipment from our premises. For international export it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser that all or any products being purchased is permitted, within the laws and regulations of the country concerned and that appropriate licences and/or agreements have been granted by the necessary authorities. Pharmaceutical Wholesalers NZ Ltd accepts no responsibility whatsoever for complications or delays experienced at borders.

Privacy Act
As Pharmaceutical Wholesalers NZ Ltd may use a credit agency to check your credit details you agree and acknowledge that all personal information supplied by you is provided and may be used or held for the purpose of obtaining credit reports, character references or credit statements to assess your credit worthiness. Under the Privacy Act 1993 you have a right of access to and correction of any personal information held about you by Pharmaceutical Wholesalers NZ Ltd.
